At 4 Seasons Tobacco & Vape, we know life moves fast — and you shouldn’t have to wait around just to get your order. That’s why we’ve made our online pickup experience simple, convenient, and fast. Whether you choose to come inside or roll up to our drive-thru window, we’ll have your order ready for you with a smile.

How Store Pick-Up Works

Order Online
Browse our selection of vape devices, disposables, kratom, accessories, and more. Add your items to the cart and begin checkout.

Choose Store Pick-Up
When you reach the delivery section in checkout, select Store Pick-Up / Drive-Thru Pickup instead of shipping. Your order will be reserved at our Hendersonville location.

Get Ready for Pickup
Our team will prepare your order and send you an email (or text if available) letting you know when it’s Ready for Pickup. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes during normal business hours.

Bring Your ID
Because we sell age-restricted products, you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on your order. This helps us stay compliant and keep our community safe.

When You Arrive

Drive-Thru Pickup
Pull up to the drive-thru window, tell us your name and order number, and show your ID. We’ll bring your order right to your car so you can be on your way.

In-Store Pickup
If you’d rather come inside, just head to the counter and let us know you’re picking up your online order. Show your ID and we’ll get you taken care of quickly.

If you’d like us to know you’re outside, you can also give us a quick call when you arrive.

What You Need to Bring

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (21 or older required)
  • Your order number
  • The same person who placed the order

We cannot release age-restricted items without proper ID, and we cannot give your order to someone else.
