2. Age Verification at Checkout

At checkout, customers must:

Age Verification at Store Pickup

If you choose Store Pickup / Drive-Thru Pickup, the same age verification rules apply.

At pickup, you must present:

  • The same name as listed on the order

We will compare the ID with the order details to ensure compliance.
We cannot release an order if:

  • The ID is invalid or expired

  • The person picking up is not the purchaser

  • The name does not match the order

This protects both the customer and our business from legal violations.

Accepted Forms of ID

We accept the following valid, government-issued documents:

  • U.S. passport

  • U.S. military ID

  • Tribal identification card

We do not accept:

  • Photos or screenshots of IDs

Refusal of Sale

4 Seasons Tobacco & Vape reserves the right to refuse a sale if:

  • The customer cannot provide valid ID

  • The customer appears intoxicated

  • The information provided does not match

  • The customer attempts to purchase for a minor

  • The order raises compliance concerns

These safeguards ensure that we follow all applicable laws.

  • Attempting to pick up an order for someone else

  • Ordering on behalf of a minor

Violations may result in:

  • Cancellation of the order

  • Reporting to authorities
